There’s something about rain and neon signs that get me. Before photography, I never paid much attention to puddles except to avoid them. Now I see puddles as another way to view a subject. The puddle on the drainage grate here makes for an exceptionally interesting reflection. This photo will eventually be a collectors item of a time before the giant tower is built in this very spot.
