There are places that make us feel like we’re in a different time period altogether. The Doo-Wop Wawa in Wildwood, NJ is one of those places. Wildwood is known for it’s doo-wop theme to begin with but this Wawa really brings that theme home. The curvy edges around the signage, the bright funky colors, and the shapes of the support structures and slanted roof complete the picture.

I’ve been to this Wawa more times than I can count, but it wasn’t until recently that I decided to stop and grab this photo. It instantly became a new favorite!
