Milan was the first Italian city I had ever been to. Jet-lagged and speaking little to no Italian, it was one for the books. I just remember being in awe at the scale and grandeur of the architecture the city offered around every corner. The most amazing to me was just a shopping mall to the Italian inhabitants, nevertheless it was glowing!
